Group HypnoBirthing Course
In this course you are able to chat with other like minded families while learning the comfort measures and HypnoBirthing Philosophy. This course also practices advocacy for having conversations with providers before and during labor. The course is 5 classes, 2.5 hours each.Now fully in person!

Individual HypnoBirthing Course
If you are looking for a more individualized experience, this is a great option. This will be the HypnoBirthing Course, tailored to your experience and your specific needs. This offers the same content as the 5 day course detailed above. This course can be offered in your home or 100% virtually or a combination.
Refresher Course
If you have already taken the course but are looking for a reminder of all the ways to HypnoBirthing can help you, this individualized course is for you. This course can be set up to fit your time availability and needs.
Birth DeBrief
This is offered for all of my students, included with their course. I want to hear your birth story and how it made you feel. This a great way to tell your birth story.
